Oral Presentation

Oral Presentation (Onsite, Online and Pre-recorded)

The time schedule is very tight. Please finish the session on time.
All presentations should be performed in English.

In principle, if you live in Japan, please make a presentation at the venue (Tokyo) or online presentation (not pre-recorded).

  • Presenters are required to register for participation before submit your oral presentation data. Please check Registration Page.
Venue A and B (Held in Hybrid):

Presenter could choose whether to onsite presentation (at Tokyo) or to remote presentation (by Zoom or pre-recorded data) as below;

  • Onsite presentation + Q&A time(Onsite)
  • Online presentation + Q&A time (Zoom)
  • Pre-recorded presentation + Q&A time (Zoom)
Venue C to H (Held in Online only):

Presenter could choose whether to online presentation (by Zoom) or pre-recorded presentation as below. Please check your network environment before the presentation.

  • Online presentation + Q&A time (Zoom)
  • Pre-recorded presentation + Q&A time (Zoom)
  • So if you plan to come to Japan, we will welcome but please note that there is no lecture room.

July 14, 2022 (Thu.)
  • Could you prepare it according to attached manual and send it to us via file storage service (ex. we transfer, google drive) by email.
    The manual explains how to input your voice into PPT file.
    So if you would prefer to prepare movie file, we would accept it also.
  • If we do not receive your oral presentation or digital poster data by deadline, your abstract will be automatically withdrawn.

Please prepare your presentation data by PowerPoint file with narration or MP4 movie file.
Regarding submission procedures, please check the following manual.

Instruction

  • When you prepare your lecture data, please keep the allotted presentation time strictly.
Invited Speakers:
As announced individually.
Keynote speakers :
Secretariat office will ask you "Pre recorded data presentation and Live discussion".
Please submit your lecture data in advance and we will deliver it as the timetable and it will be available to the registered audience of 12ADC on demand during the meeting and for 2 days of post-meeting.
Oral Sessions:
O01 - O31  5 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes discussion.
  • All speakers must disclose any COI (Conflict of Interest) on your slide of the presentation.
    Please check how to disclose conflicts of interest from here.
  • Please include Session name, abstract number, lecture title, name and affiliation.
  • Please prepare your presentation data in 2GB or less.
  • Please prepare your presentation data by PowerPoint*1 *2 file with narration or MP4 movie file.

    2. *2 For Macintosh users
      If you make your presentation data by Keynote, please check your data(character skew etc.) after changing to MS PowerPoint or save it as M4V.
  • Out screen ratio is 16:9.
  • Please use standard fonts on OS
  • Secretariat office will delete your presentation data responsibly after on-demand service.

Digital Poster

Date Registration (Digital Poster)

Please register your poster data in advance. All of the registered poster data will be freely viewable only for 12ADC participants available from August 4, 9:00 to August 5, 18:00, 2022. (There is no poster discussion time.)
Questions from participants will be sent directly to the email address of the presenter who registered in advance. Please answer as much as possible.

How to register your Digital Poster

We will send URL and your log in information to log in to the Digital Poster registration site before registration starts by email.

  • Presenters are required to register for participation before you register your digital poster data. Please check Registration Page.

Digital Poster Registration

  • Please note that we do not accept registrations or corrections after the above registration period.
  • It is expected that access will be concentrated near the deadline, so please register as soon as possible.
  • If we do not receive your oral presentation and digital poster data by deadline, your abstract will be automatically withdrawn.

Instruction

  • All speakers must disclose any COI (Conflict of Interest) on your poster data.
    Please check how to disclose conflicts of interest from here.
  • Please include poster number, title, author’s name and affiliation.
  • Please prepare your presentation data 1 page poster or within 20 slides (including title and COI slide) and 100MB or less.
    (If you choose 1 page poster, the standard size is 84.1 cm in width x 118.9 cm in height.)
  • Please prepare your presentation data MS PowerPoint*1, *2 or PDF
    • *1. Version of MS PowerPoint (Recommended version: Windows 2019)
      Windows: 2016/2019/Office365
      Mac: 2016/2019/Office365
    • *2. For Macintosh users
      If you make your presentation data by Keynote, please check your data (character skew etc.) after changing to MS PowerPoint.
  • Please use standard fonts on the OS.
  • Even if you use animation, movie, sound, these contents do not play.
  • Please refrain from writing in note area of your slide.
  • Secretariat office will delete your digital poster data responsibly after the meeting.
